Kollage Luscious Cotton Sock Yarn

Simple Beaded Cuffs - #S14

Four easy styles of beaded-garter cuffs that give you the freedom to explore a myriad of color and bead placement combinations. The basic knit stitch and an easy beading technique make these simple and fun for anyone to make.

These cuffs can be worn on your wrists as mitts, pulse warmers or bracelets, and on ankles as a dress-up over plain socks. A single cuff even makes a chic holder around your water bottle, serves as an eye-catching coffee cup cozy, or as a dress-up to any other place that begs to be cuddled by yarn and glint of beads.

The garter stitch fabric in these beaded cuffs is stretchy and can accommodate a range of sizes. Adult medium, 75-100 yards fingering weight yarn per pair, 7-½ stitches/inch over garter stitch, size U.S. 1-2/2.25-2.75 mm needles suggested, size 8/0 seed beads. Shapely Sandal Socks - #S05

The bold lines of textured diamonds play against tweedy multicolors in these socks featuring a delightful patterned heel. Shapely Sandal Socks provide snuggly warmth even on cool days in sandals or open-backed slippers.

The tweedy variegation is created by knitting two strands of fingering weight variegated yarn together as one. Select the same variegated colorway for each strand, or even choose two different colorways for variety and fun.

Adult small [medium, large]. 2 strands of fingering weight yarn are knitted together as one for an equivalent worsted weight yarn. You will need 175 [210, 245] yards of fingering weight sock yarn in each of two different variegated yarns (i.e. total of 350 [410, 490] yards). You can either choose two yarns of the same, a variegated and a compatible solid color yarn, or two different variegated colors with compatible color palettes. 5-½ stitches per inch over stockinette stitch using two fingering weight yarns held together, size U.S. 4/3.5 mm needle suggested. Charted instructions.
