Yarn  300 yds. of sportweight.  Gauge = 7 st./in. over stockinette stitch.  Needle size 3 U.S./3.25 mm or one size larger than those used to obtain gauge.

Planned finished measurements:  foot length 9-1/2", foot circumference 8", leg length 5-1/2".

Materials needed:

• Yarn:  300 yds. of fingering weight.

• Needle size:  2 U.S./2.75 mm or size required to obtain gauge of 8 st./in. over stockinette stitch.

• Needle size:  1 U.S./2.25 mm or 1 size smaller than those used to obtain gauge
