quantity of yard for a shorter ascot-styled neck scarf.
Only 200 yards
of laceweight or fingering yarn are required for this
pattern! Blocked measurements are approximately 8" x 44"
on a size 5 U.S./3.75mm needle.
The pattern is easily adapted to
make the style of scarf you want such as the shorter ascot-style shown, a longer fashion scarf, a narrow sash, or wider stole style.
One
skein of hand painted
tencel would make a nice stole! If you would like
a little more drape, consider doubling with
mill
dyed tencel or knitting Reversible Lace Ladders
with
Serenity,
a fingering weight yarn with a delightful hand and drape.
