Peggy's Shawl - #H43

Started with just a few stitches at the neckline and increasing to create the triangular shape; this shawl is easier to knit than it looks.

The lace design pointing up and the center column down the back give this shawl a very slimming affect.

For the same look in a Heritage Yarn as the model, Atlantic Moonglow Serenity or Cloud 9 would be lovely.  Other colorways close in value such as Magic Carpet Ride would be equally as nice.

Finished size 82" top width by 41" length at point.  1000 yards fingering weight yarn.  Size 7 U.S./4.5 mm needles suggested or size to give blocked gauge of 7 st./2 in. over lace pattern.

Charted and written stitch instructions.

Yarn suggestions:   (F)
