Hand Painted Premier 5/2 Cotton 

Heritage Yarns Hand Painted Premier 5/2 cotton is equally suited for warp, weft or knitting.  Versatile and affordable.  Available in natural for your own dyeing.

It is a pre-mercerized 100% cotton, just before the mercerization process.  This is a very versatile laceweight yarn with high yardage, 1050 yds./ 8 oz. skein (2100 YPP/24 WPI) and priced at $24. 

Weavers, sett at 12 EPI for plain weave or 18 for twill.  Also great as a weft yarn.  See chart below for weaving project yarn requirements.  Great warp for bath or beach towels and baby blankets.

Not for weavers only!  Gauge is approximately 5-1/2 sts./in. on a size 4 U.S. needle.  Don't miss the Easy Asymmetry Wrap featuring this yarn below.
