Beaded Diamond Mosaic - #A13
Mix and
match this beaded ensemble for an elegant look that will take you
anywhere. The pattern includes a hat, crew

your choice and size 6/0 seed beads.
The color
work in this ensemble is not difficult at all. Isn't it nice to

of color and interest to a very simple knitting technique.

Beaded Lace Wristlets - #A99
Whether you
have cold hands or not, you will want to knit one or more of these.
Just a little added warmth in the right place on your wrist keeps your
whole hand warm! And, oh, the layering and gift possibilities.
And they are
beaded! Oh, how pretty these would be under a plain top for instant
glamour.
There are
three styles in the pattern:
-
Hand
Warmers to cover the back of the hand. Shaping in the patterns
causes the hand warmers to conform to the hand.
-
Wrist
Warmers are slightly frilly and dress up an outfit quickly when worn
under a blouse. Shake someone's hand while wearing these and
leave a memorable impression!
-
Mitts
are a little longer to cover more of the hand and with a wider
gusset to span the thumb hole. Who wants a pair of gloves when
you can wear mitts this striking?!
These wristlets can be knitted in any
fingering weight yarn of your choice and size 8/0 seed beads. Size 1 U.S.
(2.25 mm) needles suggested.

Easy
Elegance Ensemble - #H39
The name of
this pattern says it all. Easy Elegance Ensemble.
-
When
you complete it, no one will believe it was easy. You can keep
that to yourself.
-
And,
it is elegant - beads! Not to fear. The model was knit
with a yarn with pre-strung beads. Optionally, you might like
to try Heritage Yarns
hand painted 8/2 Tencel or
mill dyed 8/2 tencel and string the beads yourself. It's
not hard with a beading needle and will add a little extra pizzazz!
-
As an
ensemble, you get two patterns in one - a beautiful hat and
fingerless mitts.
Instructions for 2 sizes: adult
small-medium [large-extra large]. Made with coordinating yarns with
similar worsted weight gauges: main yarn (M), and an accent yarn (A) that
is pre-strung and plied with crystals or beads. Size US 10 / 6 mm needles
suggested for gauge of 4 stitches/inch over stockinette stitch; US 7 / 4.5
mm needles for plaited ribbing, and crochet hook size D / 3 mm for making
the chain stitch loops. Shown in Tilli Tomas 100% spun silk, Mariel's
Crystals and Simply Heaven, color 180.
Written stitch instructions.

Filigree Lace Ensembles - #A135
Impress
your friends with a gift ensemble - or just one item from this beautiful
set. This is a very easy lace stitch that looks more difficult
than it really is. It is reversible too so that when you turn down
the collar (or not!) on the Neck Warmer, each side is interesting and
complimentary.
This pattern
has lots of options -
-
Knit
as a set.
-
Knit
all with different yarns for small gifts or to compliment different
dull outfits in your wardrobe.
-
Gift
someone you love with a whole ensemble - or just one item like the
cap.
-
Layer
the Wrist Warmers and Neck Warmer under a plain blouse or
lightweight shell with jewel neckline for a quick dressed-up look
without the bulk of a full sweater.
-
Mix
and match any of the items in the Filigree Lace Ensemble with the
Fine Filigree Fingerlings below.
These items can be knitted in any sport
weight yarn of your choice. Size US 6 and 7 / 4 and 4.5 mm needles
suggested for neck warmer, Size US 6 /4 mm needles for hat, and size US 2
/ 2.75 mm for wrist warmers. I knit the smaller wristlet in
Jojoland Melody Superwash fingering weight wool shown below.
It's a nice fit and I love the way the color gradually changes.

Fine Filigree Fingerlings - #A35
Three styles of hand warmers for the look
of layering without the bulk! This is a surprisingly simple
pattern stitch.
-
In the Simple Filigree Hand Warmers (left),
the Lace Filigree motifs are repeated in columns for an easy-to-knit
self-shaping hand covering.
-
Filigree Mitts are
designed to cover more of the hand, and include a thumb gusset. These
fingerless mittens are a flattering alternative to wearing mittens or
gloves.
-
A Touch of Filigree Wristlets feature just enough Lace Filigree edging to peak from under the
cuffs of a blouse or sweater. Or wear alone for a pretty pulse warmer.
These hand coverings can be knitted
in any fingering weight yarn of your choice. Size 1 U.S. (2.25 mm) needles
suggested.

coordinated set of cap and neck warmer, see HeartStrings pattern #A135

This nice

muffatees (fingerless gloves). Optionally, knit in different yarns

Simple Beaded Cuffs - #S14
These are
just beautiful and something I have wanted to try for a long time.
In reading from the sample cover page below, it looks quite simple.
There are
four styles of beaded garter cuffs giving lots of options for design in
bead placement. The pattern stitch is a basic knit stitch with a simple
beading technique that would be easy for anyone to do.
And
look at the number of ways they can be used!
-
Worn on your wrists as mitts, pulse warmers or bracelets
-
As a cuff on a plain pair of socks
-
Use one for a water or soda bottle (this brings back memories of
ones we had growing up!)
-
Coffee cup cozy
-
Around a cylindrical vase of flowers as an added sparkle
The garter stitch fabric in these
beaded cuffs is stretchy and can accommodate a range of sizes. Adult
medium, 75 - 100 yards fingering weight yarn per pair, 7-½ stitches/inch
over garter stitch, size U.S. 1-2/2.25-2.75 mm needles suggested, size
8/0 seed beads. Shown in Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock yarn and Miyuki
beads. Written stitch instructions.

Spooky Beaded Treat Wristlets and Socks - #S18
Treat
rather than trick with these beaded wristlets and socks! And, not
just for Halloween only. 'Live to ride, ride to live' is the motto
of a well-known American motorcycle manufacturer. The skull shows
up on lots of their clothing. Consider knitting orange socks with
black beads to gift your biker friends.
Wristlets and sock cuffs are knitted
sideways in beaded garter stitch. Remainder of sock is knitted in the
round.
Eight sizes for child small through adult extra large.
Fingering weight yarn and size
8/0 seed beads. 8 stitches/inch, size U.S. 1/2.25 mm needles suggested. Shown in Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock color #16ns Charcoal and Miyuki beads
#355 Rose-lined Crystal AB.
