Hand Painted Coconut Boucle
Cotton/Rayon by Heritage Yarns has a nice, nubby, matte-finish and is
suitable for weft and knitting. High-quality, high-yardage and
affordable. Fiber content is 50% cotton/50%
rayon.

Put-up is 1075 yds/8 oz. (2150 YPP) and priced at $24/skein.
Absorbency is
wonderful with this yarn and would make an especially nice weft for hand
towels combined with an
8/2 tencel
warp.
Or combine with
Premier
5/2 as warp for a nice bath or beach towel.
Gauge has not been
determined yet as I've not knitted a swatch but hope to do that soon.
For sure, this would knit a nice laceweight shawl (size 5-7 needle) and
make a great weft yarn for weavers. See
